Rent is collected by the management entity and the properties are managed by it.

An operating lease is put in place for the duration of the bond for the management of the housing.

Duration

The bond usually lasts for 40 years, though this is subject to the structure of the finance and the development.

Final Ownership

The asset owner can option to buy out the offices after an agreed time, or continue to draw income alongside the bond holder.
