Because our offices are factory built off site, exacting construction timetables can be put in place - delivering offices on time, on budget, allowing you to plan your business precisely.

Meeting and Presentation Spaces

The adaptability of Kwik Office means that you can configure rooms to your business needs.  The size of rooms can be swiftly altered in the planning stages, walls inserted or removed and facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens specified.

What are the running costs?

Kwik Offices are very thermally efficient, often exceeding the requirements of building regulations, so your running costs are significantly reduced.

High efficiency heating is integrated and you can further specify power options such as heat pumps, solar panels and energy storage.

Why do you build KWIKOFFICE off site?

Simply answered ... Efficiency.  We can plan more exactly, we are less effected by the weather and materials supplies to site, the vagaries of tradespeople are lessened and the vulnerability of the site whilst under construction is significantly reduced.

Once ground works are complete, we just return to the site with the units and build them ... quickly.

About R&M

The R & M Group was established in 1982 and the R&M Property Group Ltd formed in 2017, and since then has provided quality services to the residential and commercial construction and civil engineering industries.

It is a privately-owned company which has expanded in recent years under the overall control of its long-serving directors, management and operations teams. The company offers its services as a main contractor or sub-contractor and enjoys a great deal of repeat work for long-standing clients with whom it has built strong, positive relationships. Together with its associated company Airport Services & Plant Hire Ltd the company has an annual turnover of c £12 million and employs 120 skilled contractors and support staff. It caters for the smallest schemes to large design/build projects and demolition packages.

R & M Property Group provides its clients with a highly professional service, from the initial estimating stage through to surveying, project management, quality control and handover. The company is registered with Construction Line – the UK register of Pre-Qualified Construction Services – and is currently progressing towards ISO 9001:2000 and I.I.P. It is also CHAS and Achilles-accredited. Its specialist divisions offer a breadth of expertise and allows the company to provide a one-stop solution for its customers. This single, focused approach is both cost and time-efficient.
